The foot feeling of the wooden floor is relatively comfortable, but problems such as expansion deformation, warping and cracking often occur during use. The wood-plastic floor is a new type of environmentally friendly wood-plastic composite material product, which is mainly composed of wood powder plant fibers, thermoplastic polymer materials and processing aids, etc., mixed evenly and then heated and extruded by mold equipment. High-tech green and environmentally friendly materials, which have both the performance and characteristics of wood and plastics, can replace wood and plastics as new environmentally friendly high-tech materials. With the development of the times, the demand for some special floors is also increasing, such as basketball court floors. The floor of the basketball court is required to have better anti-skid performance and cushioning performance, but the existing wood-plastic floor has poor elasticity, poor adhesion, and is prone to aging, cracking and wear. If the surface is too soft, although it has good resilience, the hardness often does not meet the actual requirements, which will lead to poor foot feel, easy wear, and easy aging.

In order to solve the above problems,we proposed a co-extruded wood-plastic profile with elastic surface and its preparation method. The design of the double-layer elastic layer of the co-extruded wood-plastic profile ensures that the co-extruded wood-plastic profile has high resilience At the same time, it has wear resistance and oxidation resistance, and its service life is significantly extended. Novel elastic surface co-extruded wood-plastic profiles, including a core material layer, an elastic inner layer and an elastic surface layer, by weight, the elastic inner layer includes the following raw materials by weight: 20-30 parts of natural rubber, polypropylene oxide ether polyol 15‑20 parts, high density polyethylene 15‑20 parts, poplar wood powder 20‑25 parts, coupling agent 3‑8 parts, compatibilizer 2‑5 parts, plasticizer 3‑5 parts, calcium carbonate 5‑ 8 parts, the elastic surface layer includes the following parts by weight of raw materials: 20-30 parts of high-density polyethylene, 20-25 parts of poplar wood powder, 10-15 parts of elastic material, 3-6 parts of compatibilizer, 3-6 parts of coupling agent 5 parts, 2-3 parts of antioxidant, 1-2 parts of anti-ultraviolet agent, 2-4 parts of calcium carbonate. The thickness of the elastic surface layer is about 1/2 of the elastic inner layer.

Effect: 1. Two layers of outer layers are hot-pressed outside the core material layer. The elastic inner layer is relatively soft and has high elasticity, while the hardness of the elastic surface layer is higher than that of the elastic inner layer, but it is softer than the core material layer and has Good wear resistance, the elastic inner layer ensures the overall high elasticity of the co-extruded wood-plastic profile, and at the same time plays a buffer role in the damage to the core material caused by the strong impact of the elastic surface layer. 2. Natural rubber has good resilience, strong cushioning capacity, and is not easy to deform after forming rubber, while polypropylene oxide ether polyol has good elastic properties, which makes the elastic inner layer have high elasticity, and because it is protected by the outer layer, it is not easy to deform. Oxidation, high thermal stability, and more environmentally friendly; a certain amount of elastic material is added to the elastic surface layer, so that the surface layer has a certain resilience, and the resilience performance meets the needs of use, while the content of high-density polyethylene is higher than that of the elastic inner layer, ensuring Its wear resistance, while adding antioxidants and anti-ultraviolet agents, ensures the anti-oxidation ability of the surface and prevents ultraviolet damage.
